    When I try to register on My Eir I get a message telling me the account already has an email address registered,

    However when I try to recover the email address I keep getting an error message saying it cant be recovered,

    Is there any way around this?

    Could you PM the following details and I can get your account activated?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
    6. The email address you use to log into your my eir?
