Organize and sort my photos?

    I have over 25,000 photos and almost 1,000 videos in my iPhone and iCloud going back over 6 years.

    I want to archive alot of these off to a hard drive as I am currently spend €2.99 a month for the additional iCloud storage.

    Doing this manually will be slow and time consuming, I want to be able to move them in bulk and delete them from the cloud also.

    Any ideas?
