Eir- worst ever customer service

    Since last Wednesday WiFi and phone down and after a number of calls still no fix .
    Rang again this evening 1901 , gave up after 50 minutes on hold ... do this crowd want any customers at all ???

    About to get even worse once they leave boards in a few days.

    Best option at this stage is to just change broadband provider

    I'd suggest you email a complaint to ccm@eir.ie


    Demand an official ComReg complaints number. This number is tracked by ComReg.

    If the issue is not resolved within 10 business days email ComReg at consumerline@comreg.ie


    10 days is a long time but by officially complaining you go up the queue.

    Let us know how you get on.
