Fallen Eir telephone line knocked into my back garden

I'm looking to report a fallen telephone line that has fallen into my back garden but I am having difficulty doing this.
I've tried ringing 1901 and 1850245484 but as I'm not an Eir customer I can't connect to anyone for assistance.

Could some advice be given here as to what to do next?

    It seems quite dangerous.

Call 1850 24 54 24 (unless you have a typo in the number you posted)
