    Also from T&C's:
This offer is open to users registered on eBay.co.uk with a UK address, who must be UK residents of 18 years of age or older. The shipping address must also be a UK address.

Didn't work for me on a few items I've tried. My registered address is Irish on my eBay.co.uk account but I use a UK postal address.

I'm using Parcel motel as my postal address.

You said you have a registered Irish address with a U.K. postcode, hard to follow what’s going on tbh
The items you were selecting could have been only for mainland U.K. then.
I bought an iPhone and saved £50 using parcel wizard.

The Irish address thing was what I set my account up with years before Parcel Motel and Parcel Wizard came about.
Have always had PM as my primary delivery address on eBay for years now. As you say, maybe it was the Northern postcode it didn't like.
Nice one on saving a few quid off an iPhone.;)
Must setup a Parcel Wizard account, it's not the first time some offer or free postage for the UK hasn't accepted the PM address.

I also had a similiar issue at Christmas. Told me voucher count not be applied to the product. Tried buying the same product as a guest rather than being signed in and the voucher was applied no problem.
