Canceled Meteor mobile BB for fiber, still getting bill

Hi, I canceled meteor mobile bb when moving to eir fiber but I am getting a bill for the old meteor account saying that i am in credit for ~6€ how can I get this refund and the bills stopped? Thanks.

2. Registered Address
3. Account Number
4. DOB
5. Are you the Account Holder?
