Is it safe to assume that DARTs will be running between Howth and Dun Laoghaire on Easter weekend?

Looking at the Irish Rail website, it has service disruptions between Malahide & Congriffin on 20-21 April & to DART services on 13-14 April.

I think Pearse will be closed for the on going roof works. So North side services from Malahide/Howth to Connolly, South side Bray/Greystones to Grand Canal Dock.

    I just googled this below:

Repair works will take place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April 2019, during which:

DARTs will be operate between Howth/Malahide and Connolly; and between Grand Canal Dock and Greystones only
Tara St and Pearse Stations will be closed
Dublin Connolly/Rosslare Europort trains will have bus transfers between Connolly and Bray
