    Hi

    This is just a personal log. Feel free to follow if you want. A bit of background. I'm 23, male, and I'm a software developer (or I was until a few weeks ago. I'm looking for a new job). Over the last couple of years, I have been very unhealthy, then very healthy. I'm now somewhere in between. It's time to get back in shape.

    In Jan 2015 I weighed 15stone 9 pounds. In June 2018 I weight 11 stone 7 pounds. This was all through diet. I was skinny, but I was skinny fat as I did no training at all. My goal is to get back to the same weight, but lift weights as I'm doing it so I tone up.
