Jobs abroad with high earnings

Don't know what I'm really asking here but hoping to find some kind of wild-card option.

I'm 37, I've had a decade of workplace misery, low pay and low opportunities. I'm frustrated and disillusioned with Ireland and my choices. I'm a single 37yo man with a recent business degree (in supply chain/ procurement) and not a stranger to hard physical work (much of my work life was in construction as a semi-skilled labourer or warehouse operator) prior to my attempt to up-skill through education.

The last ten years have been far from fruitful and I can't find a job that pays given my career choices thusfar. Having handed in my notice at another miserable job, (60+hrs/ week and little support), at this stage, I'd be willing to try dangerous work abroad such as mining or farming if it would allow me to earn a lot in a comparatively short amount of time as I've been trying to move towards buying a modest house, which has been drifting further away over the last years.

Any suggestions for options that are not on my radar? Canada? Saudi? On the other hand, I'm half thinking about doing a TEFL course and spending some more time in Asia.

    Singapore?

High wages, booming fintech sector, stable country, rich place, lots of greenery and close to many interesting Asian countries.

    Dubai / Saudi?
I know a couple of Procurement people who went fishing for work there - mixed results to be fair.
