So my wife and I are heading to Las Vegas soon. We have our ESTA and everything sorted, but I'm unsure of how the travel side works as we've previously gone direct and went through US pre-clearance in Dublin.

How does it work when doing a stop over? We'll be going from Dublin to Gatwick and then to Las Vegas.

You'll do immigration in Vegas instead

And if you want duty free it's in Gatwick on the way over you can get it or aboard the flight Gatwick to Vegas.
