    Hi guys,

just wondering if any of you have rent to rent letting agreements in the Dublin area. This is something I am interested in finding out more about so seeking to speak to something with experience doing this.

I have never come across it, other than the Local Government long term letting scheme (where a local authority leases a property from a landlord for 10+ years, and then provides social housing in that property). Long term leases are unusual in any circumstance, as they are typically enforced on the landlord, but not the tenant.
