Russian Embassy Closing days - St.Patricks week-end?

    Just wondering if anyone knows for sure if the Russian Embassy stays open during Irish bank holidays (which don't coincide with Russian ones). I need to pick up passports in person from their office on Monday and I'm freaking out that maybe the lady on the phone just made a mistake and they won't be open. I've to travel there from the West of Ireland and would hate the trip to be in vain.

    Here it says Russian National holidays.

    But google says

    Friday 9–11:45a.m.
    Saturday Closed
    Sunday
    (St. Patrick's Day)
    Closed
    Monday
    (St. Patrick's Day (Observed))
    9–11:45a.m.
    Hours might differ
    Tuesday 9–11:45a.m.
    Wednesday 9–11:45a.m.
    Thursday 9–11:45a.m.

    Might be worth another call to them.

    Most embassies have the best of both worlds - they observe their home bank holidays as well as the local ones. Because most embassies (maybe not the Russians!) employ a few locals for clerical work on the consulate side of the business and they expect to get the day off on local bank holidays.

    They replied back on Facebook to say they were open. I went up and they were open as normal thankfully.
