FTTH EirCode Glitch

    Hi

    I had sales guy call to sell FTTH, we gladly signed up and was promised an initial site survey the following week, that was the 21st Feb.

    Contacted sales guy and after a few more promises that an engineer would call. He eventually checked the order and said apparently some glitch in the system the Openeir cannot recognise my EirCode on the system. The house appears without issue on the EirCode finder site and has worked fine any other time I needed to use it.

    The sales guy now not answering my calls, I have ask him to escalate issue and for his company’s complaints procedure. All of which have been ignored.
    Has anyone had this issue? Did it take long to sort out?
