Hi,

I have a few quick questions about setting up a limited company alongside being a full-time employee :

- Should my wife use the surname that's on her passport or can she use my surname which isn't officially on any documentation (driving licence, passport etc.)

- We are both working full-time as employees, does becoming a director affect our PRSI or social welfare entitlements at any stage in the future ?
