Paint Sprayers in Lidl & Aldi - Opinions?

    Hi all,

Lidl and Aldi have electric paint sprayers coming in this Thursday.
    Lidl sprayer for €30
    and
    Aldi Sprayer for €60

The Lidl one can handle paint viscosity of 70 Din/Sec which seems pretty good to me, but the Aldi one can do 150 Din/Sec which seems a lot.

I have a lot of walls to paint and the thought of doing some of them (pebble dashed) is not pleasant. Would either of these sprayers do the trick?

The Aldi one seems a better spec.

Higher viscosity paint means less coats.

Ah good point. Didn't think of that. Worth the extra 30 Bucks to save doing it twice.

Has anyone used these yokes with exterior weatherproof paints? Am I gonna end up drop kicking it into the wall instead of it painting the wall?

I've never used one at all, however interested in how this thread pans out.

I have a HVLP spray gun from Lidl, still in the box tho, never tried it. I'm an eejit sometimes when it comes to buying these things.

    Interested in this thread also!

Looking at buying one of these for the garden fence - they are a pain. Anyone any experience using sprayer for this purpose?

My experience with this sort of kit is that the small capacity tank is a PITA, especially when up on a gable on a ladder, the higher viscosity is fine but they work better when its a bit thinner.
    Work well with thinner product
