    Does anyone know what the regulations are around working on call at weekends and evenings. I have a job offer currently, and this involves being on call at weekends and in the evenings ( once every eight weeks), but there is no payment for it. I don't have an issue with on-call, just curious as to what the rules are around working on call.

    Is this normal or is there some regulations around how many hours you can be asked to work outside the normal 37.5 hours per week? Not finding much on citizens information and the like
