Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 not booting

    Hi,

    I have a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 thats a few years old that my parents use. I put Netflix app onto it for them and it needed a restart but it only boots to the black screen with white Samsung logo.

    I've tried a factory reset and then to reboot system and it just goes back to the black screen with the Samsung Logo and does not go any further.

    Does anybody have any advice on how to fix this?

    I have a second identical tablet with similar apps and its running fine. Would the HDD in the tablet be gone?
