OK so have speeds of 30mbps with Virgin Media however I am having problems streaming content. Its constantly buffering. I have logged into router and have switched off firewall but still have same problem. I have been looking online and people are saying to switch off 'websafe' but I don't think that can be done via modem settings. I have a my Vm account and doesn't seem to be a option to turn off 'websafe'

    Any ideas what to do?

Is the package you’re on actually 39mb or is that all you’re getting? When you do a speed test, what upload speed do you get?

    Upload speed is around 12

Is this there Smart Wi-Fi update that was in the indo during the week? Sounded more marketing spin than anything else

Can't use your landline? Does it cut off the VoIP line? I'm hoping they don't push it down to me if so
