    Hi All,

I have a question on the RSTO/ESPP tax payment.
Currently I purchase ESPP at a discounted rate the benefit of which is subject to income tax (inc USC & PRSI)...

My question is this, is it possible to take this benefit and put it into a pension fund rather than pay the tax? It seems to be treated as income tax which should I guess mean I can place it into a pension tax free?

    Thanks,
    Derek
