Services effecting planning permission question

    Hi, I have a peice of zoned land in the Midland beside an existing housing estate. One of the government housing agencies have offered an ok price for it. The services in the estate beside the land have not been taking in charge of by county council yet (issue with Irish water wanting to have right of way to the sewers).

    Does the fact that a government housing agency wants to buy the land mean that they will be to fast track the services issue as opposed to a developer? The developer

    Nope. If it is an IW issue, be ready for a loooooooong wait, Council or developer...

    Thanks have been told 6-12 months buy the council.
