Selling my PS4 what to do ?

    Hi I'm selling my PS4 due to lack of use , can anyone tell me what to do in form of restoring to factory settings etc ?
    It's model CUH-1216B and what price I should consider ?
    FIFA 19 and Fortnite are on the system but think they will be deleted if I factory reset right ?
