Could anyone who bought a new build recently share their experience with regards to the topic (ideally Dublin)? What would you do/ask for if you'd be given a chance to go through snagging process again. I'd be particularly interested to hear about issues other than typical snagging problems.
Anyone's brave enough to share some of their biggest post-buy sorrys?
    thanks.

    Your buying what you see.
You won’t get many options for changing anything.
You snag the cosmetic issues on completion.

I wouldn't worry about snagging for now.

Find out where the social housing is in the estate, especially if its apartments!
