Wire strainer

How do people here strain there standard sheep wire,I've a **** load of fencing to do and I'm looking at making it sheep proof,is there any sort of jig out there or clamp to strain sheep wire tight without pulling it apart...advise appreciated.

Say my name

Get 50mm angle iron.
Cut 2 pieces to height of sheep wire. Clamp together and mark your holes for bolts where they will be between wires. Drill through both pieces of iron.
Put your bolts through one piece of angle iron and weld the heads onto it.
Then weld a length of chain onto one piece of angle iron.

Now you have your clamp finished.
All you need then is a chain puller to attach to an immovable object to make the wire sing.




Mini clamp for barbed wire.


Finished fence.

It's my uncle's. He bought it at an auction.
I think for e50.

There was no interest in it. All electric hoists now for car engines.
