Hi guys. On the UK site I see the Samsung QE55Q8DN with a £150 offer code. Is there a similar offer on the IE site?
Are ye guys one of the retailers participating in the S9 offer?

Any advice on what to go for in the 1200 euro range for a 55 inch tv for sports and gaming?

So the euro price is as-listed on the site now @ 1699. There's no direct code to apply to it? 
Did I see it listed lower during the day?

Hi LiamoPiltown.

Yes the FLASH sale codes are only on the sterling retail which you can choose to pay in with no issues.
The 1699 Euro is already much cheaper than the £1599 sterling (Before flash code) and probably even cheaper still with the code added.
Around £1444 sterling to £1474 with flash code.

We do indeed carry the 55Q7FN which is priced at 1299 Euro. Which is also a much better deal than the £1199 sterling.
No Flash code on this product.

Is there a discernible difference between the Q7 and Q8 in your opinion (besides from different year models)?

Hi LiamoPiltown,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you!

In terms of the panel there isn't a huge amount of difference. The main differences between them are the Q8 has a slightly better motion processing rate (3600 PQI vs 3200 PQI) and the stand on the Q7 is central whereas it's two legs on the Q8. They both are certified Ultra HDR Premium with very similar panels.
