HKC70 Key Fob Battery warning

Hi, I have a HKC Quantum 70. A few months ago the panel started warning that the key fob battery was failing, so I replaced the battery in the fob and the warnings stopped. A couple of weeks ago the panel started warning about the battery again, so I changed the battery again but the warnings are still persisting (flashing lights and every time the system is set / unset a verbal warning).

Is there a way of resetting this or do I need to call out an engineer?

    Thanks

Are you sure its the battery in the fob?

If other devices are wire free then it may be another device.
External bell if LEDs are active is usually the first device to go.

Hey op here. The panel has decided to recognise that there is a new battery in the key fob after all. The warnings have stopped. Thanks for looking.
