Does anyone know if the new houses at Culanor are impacting negatively on the Glenageary Woods estate?

Apparently there are over 100 social houses in Culanor, mainly 1-2 bed apartments. Is this causing any trouble? And why are people paying €900k+ to live in Cualanor when it has so many social apartments?
