As a precaution we shouldn't be buying from those sites until Brexit is resolved. Should the Government try and get both ebay and Amazon to redirect Irish buyers.
At the very least both ebay and Amazon should be giving us some information with regard to the whole situation as goods purchased from the near future may not be protected under EU law.
Why are they sticking the heads in the sand over this??

Amazon UK is a Luxembourg company. They have fulfilment centres across the EU they can use instead

Ebay is an international structure and I believe the UK operation is actually an Irish company. Sellers can be based anywhere.

There is nothing the Government can do here.
