    Omg absolutely disgusted. Eir confirmed by email that my new account or order was unsuccessful due to credit rating and cannot be detailed as to why until written request has been sent in.
    I am bank staff, I know how important credit rating is. My credit rating is 100% perfect, I am in a full time job with a decent salary,14yrs pls.
    What the hell? I am fuming.
    I just need a new phone line for our new home.

    Why not go with one of the many alternative companies that will provide the same service on the same network but with better customer support?
