    Hi,

    Can anyone there please help me with Q22 on page 193 as I haven't a clue. Its a question on similar triangles.

    Make two triangles, the first will have sides 3.4m, Xm and Ym. The second will have sides 1.4m, Xm and 12-Ym. Use pythagoras to write x in two different ways and solve. Hope this helps.
