Anyone recommend a pub for Cheltenham with an atmosphere ie Punters and staff interested in Cheltenham in the City centre or close enough ?
Was in ryans Camden Street last year which was great but closed for renovations?. Thinking of Cassidys on Camden Street or the Boars Head on capel street?

Was there before, yes good crowd and interested punters but unless your one of the 6 sitting at the bar you struggle to see not to mind hear the racing.

The Boars Head is great for it, with plenty of bookies nearby!

+1 for Boars Head and would also recommend Slatterys on Capel street.
