Missing parcel

I ordered something from the Dublin Mint office and emailed them to chase delivery.

They emailed a response saying it was sent signed for and arrrived on a certain date

On checking with An Post it was signed for but signature is husbands name but not his signature,

He would have been at work and I would have been at home

I have responded saying not my signature and explained husband at work and I would have been at home and sent copy of my licence with my signature on it

What happens now
