How can I know if I am in contract or not

    Hi there,

    I am considering switching my gas and electricity supplier from Electric Ireland. How can I check If I am still in contract or not ? I can't see this information on my bills or in the my account section of my Electric Ireland Login , Thanks for any Help

    Hi barrymanilow,

    If you send us a private message confirming the relevant Electric Ireland account number, stating that you are the account-holder and confirming your name, address and telephone number, we can check for you as soon as possible.

    If you are out of contract, we can also organise a call-back from Sales as soon as possible with regard to a loyalty offer.
