    Hello Linzi and Eir boards.ie team,

    I would like to officially thank you for all the help with my upgrade to FTTH. I spent endless hours on the phone being transferred form one department to another without any resolution. I was hopeless...

    I logged my issue here on boards.ie eir forum and I got a top class customer service from eir: Linzi. 
    Linzi has helped in sorting out the account issues, been very responsive every time I followed up and provided clear up updates.  The whole Eir should learn from you guys here. Keep up good work!
