Buying heifer.

I am buying a heifer off a neighbour. He's auld buck no head on ag-food site or any of that stuff. How do I buy her with a paper work movement cert etc. Or dose all of that have to be done online now. Or do I just hop her into mart and do it through them. Any ideas ?????

Print this form and get him to sign it.
You can scan it then and e-mail it in. Or post whatever.
No need to go tru mart.
