Signed up online on 16th February for a new installation.
Joined myeir to keep tabs on progress.

Today's the 5th of March. 17 days later.
On the myeir app, it says installation is pending.
17 days later and not even a date for installation yet.

Also, letter received from eir which confirmed price which I signed up to doesn't tally with the price myeir is showing. What's this all about?

As expected, this was 'resolved' to the point where it looked like some progress was made but actually was lied to by eir and now I'm back at square one without an installation date again.
Even though yesterday was the installation date.

How does this company get away with the lies?

It's been well over a month now.
Each time I receive 'help' it just means I wait patiently for the date that has been "sorted' out for me.
When I signed up online, the date I was given was 23rd of February. It is one month later.
    I've rang to no avail.
Talked to some fool on live chat to no avail.
And now dealt with yourselves, as it turns out, to no avail.
How does one communicate in a productive manner with your company?
