    Has anyone used the ubuildpro website before for a preliminary BER, cost plan and BOQ?

    some things that stand out immediately for me.......

    why are all the "previous projects" pics... computer generated images... ?? have they never had a build they worked on completed? no real life examples?

    secondly, the "sample report" under the preliminary BER tab is just the generic Part L report thats generated by the software... theres literally zero new input there from anyone.
