Ordered Phone, TV and Broadband - But KN were only told to install Phone!?

    Hey,

    I ordered phone, TV and broadband last week and it was due to be installed this morning but the installation team (KN) only had me down for a phone line installation.

    I've booked off the morning from work to be here to make sure the installation goes through and now I still have no connection. To ANYTHING?

    Can someone from EIR get in touch please.

    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
