2nd treadmill only has a 2.5hp motor, you'd ideally want a 3hp motor or above.
I have the Sole F63. Great treadmill for a decent price.

Just from a quick scan through the main stats go for the one with the bigger motor. 3hp for the first one.

After that most of the differences are probably cosmetic and don't really matter much.

    Would agree with 3hp +
With your budget also have a look on the Nordic Track website.
Register, put something in a basket and over the next 5-10 days they'll usually send you 5 and 10% off discount codes to incentivise you to purchase.

Thanks, everyone for the advice but I think I may have overcomplicated things if I have a Garmin Forerunner 645 and let's say a footpod do I really need a complicated treadmill.

I came across the above on Amazon, and they offer free delivery, and it appears to be a well-rated product with a powerful motor and proper incline functions I presume all I need to get up and running with apps such as kinomap is a footpot and a tablet or my phone and then just adjust the incline manually?

If you are going to be using a footpod with your treadmill then you need to be running on Zwift!!
I use it all the time. I love it.

Almost totally forgot about that one thank you if you don't mind me asking I understand they recently added training plans for running? Just curious what they are like.

Yeah I see they doing training plans. Haven't used them myself but I regularly join in the Group runs. Mainly the Monday and Wednesday group workouts.
I do run outside also btw! But Zwift is great for treadmill running.
There is a Zwift runners Facebook page you should join, plenty of great advice on it.

Just do some research on compatibility in advance, it's a bit clunky depending on your device and if your footpod transmits BT or ANT+.
