Rather than clog up the existing threads on by THHB and NCM I thought I'd add a new thread on this subject. My issue is around customising a bouquet. I'm using NCM's image (and very good it is too!) but I'd like to either customise the existing bouquets if that's possible or create one of my own which won't get overwritten…

So far I've failed to do that.
Could I get a blow-by-blow account of how to do that, please?
