Cost of building 2019 Munster

    Hi there. Looking for a bit of feedback on costs and how to go about building.

    Average price per square foot for a builders finish on a 2 story house

    -2700ft
    -under floor heating
    -air to water
    -triple glaze windows
    -mass concrete floors
    -simple hipped roof
    -sun room
    -no kitchen
    -no toilet wear
    -no flooring

    In Munster area

    Also and rough indications of engineering fees,council fees.
    Will planning allow the water supply to be in someone’s else’s land(parents land)
