They were nearly always used with booties or full shoe covers to keep them spotless and other than inevitable scratches on the carbon soles they would pass for new; heel pads etc are in great condition. Ratchet system is working perfectly. The shoes are very stiff and ultra comfortable - I take a 44 in an everyday shoe and these are a perfect fit for me
