    Hi,
Any way to avoid the ridiculous over 59 minute rule in landline charges?

Obviously, apart from the pain in the ass option of tracking, terminating  and redialing.

    Thanks

    Hi paddy19,

Your bundle allows for free unlimited calls. However, due to the fair-usage policy, calls that exceed one hour in duration are not covered by your bundle allowance. So, to avoid incurring additional call charges, you need to end the call at 59 minutes and ring the number back to continue the call. This will ensure that you are not charged for the call.

    Thanks,
    Grainne

    Hi Grainne,
    Thanks for the fast response.

Is there any Eir landline plan ( business or consumer ) that is not subject to this ridiculous rule?

    Thanks

    No problem paddy19,

At the moment this is the case with all of our plans that have unlimited calls.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the fast response Grainne,

Final clarification, let's says i use 65 minutes, am I charged for 5 minutes over or is
the whole 65 minutes subject to the out bundle charge.

    Thanks

    No problem paddy19,

You would be charged for the 5 minutes.
