Getting a bit of work done at the minute and need a plumber to:

    1. Install a towel rad in downstairs toilet. Stud wall. No existing rad so it will need to be plumbed from gas boiler 10 feet away (no obstacles apart from stud wall as kitchen is being taken out separately). Piping can run underneath new kitchen units, so no need to dig floor.

    2. Plumb in vanity unit in place of old pedasol sink

    3. Swap out single 4ft hall rad with a 4ft double rad.

    4. Plub in kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. Same location as old kitchen so no major work involved.

For the above I have received a quote of €700 inc. materials.

I am buying the actual rads and vanity unit myself.

Is this a good price?? (Galway)

It looks pretty keen, plumbers are 300 quid per day for labour at a minimum
