There is a block drain at the corner of Abbey Street, Arklow, Wicklow. I complained to the council and to irish water one year ago, still the drain is full of water.
This is a picture of the drain in mid summer when there was no rain for months as you can see its full of water so there is water going in to it from somewhere and its not going any other place as I looked at the next drain in the street and nothing.
How to get it sorted out ?

We recommend that you contact your Local Authority in relation to this matter as they have jurisdiction over storm drains.
