Keep getting text "not enough Credit" Prepay.

    I topped up with 20 Euro's on the 18th February to active my 4weeks Simply Unlimited Any Network Minutes and 20GB Data offer the plan is active but today I keep getting those annoying texts.

    There are various reasons why you are getting this text message. 

    Could you PM the following details and I can look into this?
    1. Mobile Number
    2. Registered Name
    3. PIN Number
    4. Are you the Account Holder?
