Modem Charge

     Hi,

    I closed my contract with Eir and return the modem using Nightline service.
    However, I was charging for the modem in the last bill.

    I tried to talk to customer service but before redirecting my call to a person it asked about my account number or phone number, which the system has no record about it because the account already closed.

    Can you explain why I got this charge, and what to do to remove it from the last bill?

    Could you PM the following details and I can investigate this?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
