    Some money has appeared in "a friends" bank account with the reference "CT Dept of Finance".

    I honestly haven't a notion what this could be related to. Possibly the CT stands for corporation tax and its a refund gone to the wrong account, although would have thought that came from revenue. So should he

    a) Contact the bank about returning it
    b) Hit vegas and blow it on coke and h**kers
    c) Say nothing

    Enough for flights and accommodation for a weekend in vegas with decent coke and probably decent h**kers but probably not enough for very high class ones.
