Eir Rep contact me please - extra unwanted services added to bill

    Hi Eir Reps,

    as above, this months bill has home phone services added that I did not look for, and the FTTH bundle is wrong also.

    ccm@eir.ie is the only way to go. Log an official complaint and after 10 days escalate to comreg. Expect an answer around day 20.

    Could you PM the following details and I will look into this?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 
    6. what are the extra unwanted services on your bill and what price is your bundle meant to be?

    As soon as I get this information I will look into this for you.
