    At the moment the social bundle is available only on prepay plans.

    I just upgraded not realising I would lose the social bundle, not sure what to do now, and might avail of cool off period

    If you PM the following details I can check if the social bundle is on your account?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 
    6. Mobile Number
