Yep. I deal with it on a very regular basis for major things as well as minor. It's just a part of getting anything done, but honestly, it can be really convenient.

Yeah I've had the it's easier to just pay a cop a few dollars to feck off than contest a fine for random invented road infraction a few times and I've also had the it's easier to just pay someone to get something done than go through 5 layers of insane bureaucracy and waste a load of time for the same result.
